Centro Carni Company is a foremost Italian firm in processing beef and is undoubtedly a leader in the specific sector of boned meat.
Drawn to innovation, the company has concentrated on developing the sector that researches new processing methods. It has also constantly evolved in the classic cut production, with in-depth studies in particular of all the issues concerned with product quality and food safety. Centro Carni Company covers a surface area of 5500 sq.m, 2000 of which have been recently built, and boasts a potential output of 70 tons of boned meat a day. Year after year there has been a constant development trend of its activity, thereby confirming the decisions of the company to follow a policy of quality, innovation and service.
 

Import/Export

Centro Carni Company purchases beef in Italy, from certain European countries particularly dedicated to cattle rearing (France, Germany, Austria, Ireland) and from South America (Argentina, Brazil).
Pork comes from Italy and the EC. To complete its offer the company also sells horse meat, lamb and ostrich. Decades of experience lie behind the capacity to select suppliers to ensure only excellent quality meat and a traceable food chain: the latter is necessary by law today but our company has always given this guarantee. With regard to traceability, the identification number telematically and physically follows all the phases in our production cycle – purchase, processing, point of sale – thereby protecting our product with regard to the consumer and all our sector.
