Centro Carni Company processes the chuck (front part) and the round (rear part) of veal, young beef, heifer, “scottona” (unmated young female), adult beef and pork. The cuts may be vacuum-packed, packed in protected atmosphere, skin packed or processed into chilled or frozen preparations. Our processing satisfies the requirements of a vast clientele ranging from transformation industries to retailers and supermarkets, which also use our platform service. Special productions and cuts can be done upon request.
 

The company boasts a numerous and suitable fleet of refrigerated vehicles to guarantee the cold chain as well as a fast and on time delivery.
