Control of the entire supply chain is our major project

“Our supply chain” stems from the passion, experience, and drive for innovation of Centro Carni Company Spa to always provide you with the best.

It is a partnership project in which the relationship between breeder, slaughterhouse, and producer is fundamental. Synergy and collaboration are the key words to bring the supply chain to life and make it virtuous.

Starting from the beginning

We apply our expertise from the very start: from selecting the animal, enhancing some of the main beef cattle breeds, working with facilities that share our standards in processing the finest raw materials. The animals, sourced from Italy and European Union countries, are brought to and raised at our supply chain partner farms for at least 4 months, where techniques and feeding practices derived from the great Italian breeding tradition are applied, in compliance with recognized animal welfare certification standards.

Portioned Cuts

Ready-to-use cuts, available fresh or frozen. We use advanced packaging technologies (Vacuum, Skin, MAP) to ensure optimal shelf life and maximum food safety.

Prepared Products

Gastronomic solutions, fresh and frozen, created with exclusive recipes. We combine the quality of our cuts with a high level of service to offer distinctive products ready to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Deboned

We select the finest anatomical cuts, available fresh or aged and vacuum-packed.
The goal is to offer a quality product, processed with precision and passion.

A matter of standards

The Centro Carni Company Spa supply chain project involves partnerships with industry companies such as farms, slaughterhouses, and facilities specialized in livestock importation, and is included within the voluntary labeling specification for beef established by Centro Carni Company Spa in compliance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 876 of 16.01.2015 and Regulation (EC) 1760/2000, for applicable parts.

Learning, knowing, deepening, discovering, looking ahead. This is what has always been passed down to us and drives our curiosity toward innovation. Not only our experience, but also training is crucial: in fact, all personnel involved in every single phase of the supply chain must have the appropriate required training and be constantly updated on the subject.
Every point is fundamental: from environmental hygiene to health status monitoring to feeding. All operators participating in the project are qualified based on strict standards and in full compliance with the Specification

Procedures

the procedures implemented on the farm, in terms of entry and exit of animals, transport vehicles, visitors, and relating to health monitoring activities;

Facilities

the housing facilities and living space in which each individual animal can live

Organization

business management: training and personnel assigned to caring for the cattle

Feeding

feeding, which must be provided in balanced rations according to the breed, sex, and age of the animal to meet nutritional requirements and keep them in good health.
